Letting Things In

Relax and breathe into your lower abdomen. Let your mind be calm and free. Take a few moments to really “sink in.” Begin to think about something that you have sincerely wanted but have not yet been able to manifest. You could also think of a new direction that you would like your life to move into.

Feel your body as a totality of physical, energetic, and emotional sensations.

When you can feel yourself as a whole being, again think of what it is that you want.

Was there any tightening anywhere?

Could you feel your body, energy, or emotional self resisting letting in whatever you were thinking of?

Again, feel the totality of your felt self and gradually let yourself open in any of the places that you just felt tighten up.

Just keep relaxing and opening.

See what happens.

You have just opened your receptivity to the things you have wanted.
